Our Line & Lash Adhesive Pen is a waterproof formula featuring a felt-tip applicator for intense pigment for up to 24 hours wear! It has never been easier applying strip lashes even in hot climates! Make sure you shake well before use and allow to dry for 2-3 seconds. You can rock this liner with or without lashes and create the perfect wings. It comes in black adhesive or clear. If you are a new starter to applying strip lashes we would suggest you try the clear Line & Lash Pen. EXTERNAL application only, do not apply this liner inside the eyes.
