Our Line & Lash Adhesive Pen is a waterproof formula featuring a felt-tip applicator for intense pigment for up to 24 hours wear! It has never been easier applying strip lashes especially in hot climates! Make sure you shake well before use and allow to dry for 2-3 seconds. You can rock this liner with or without lashes and create the perfect wings. EXTERNAL application only, do not apply this liner to the inner eyes.
